1. About Us

Trade Blanks (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is the wholesale division of PrintGO. We provide blank garments and apparel-related services via tradeblanks.com.au, powered by Shopify. Our business is based in Ravenhall, Victoria, and we service customers across Australia.

2. Online Store Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent/guardian to use this site.

  • You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Products & Orders

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • Product images and colours may appear differently depending on your device or settings.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

  • Once submitted and accepted, orders cannot be cancelled unless authorised by us.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment options listed at checkout.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing may be time-limited and conditional.

5. Shipping & Pickup

  • We ship Australia-wide and offer local pickup from 22 Waigani Avenue, Ravenhall VIC.

  • Pickup orders must be confirmed before arrival, as some items take up to 7 business days to arrive.

  • All delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for courier delays or customs holdups.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you once your order is dispatched.

6. No Refund or Exchange Policy

  • As a wholesale supplier, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing errors.

  • Refunds are only offered if the item is defective and cannot be replaced, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

7. Printing & Branding Services

  • We offer DTF transfers, screen printing, embroidery, and neck tag printing.

  • Neck label printing is $4 per item, or free on AS Colour garments.

  • For garment printing, please submit a quote request via our contact form or call us on 0433 239 932.

8. Dropshipping

  • Yes, we offer dropshipping services.

9. Minimum Orders

  • We do not process small, urgent orders due to our wholesale pricing structure.

  • However, if you can wait up to 14 days, we can add your items to a larger incoming order — no minimum quantity required.

10. Affiliate Program

  • We do not offer an affiliate program, as our prices are already heavily discounted.

  • But referring others means they save — and you become the hero!

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, and branding on this site are owned by Trade Blanks or used under licence.

  • You may not reuse or reproduce any part of the site without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay from use of our site, products, or services — except as required by law.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods in question.
