Frequently Asked Questions

1. Turn Around times?
We aim to complete most orders within 7 to 10 business days. To keep our pricing as competitive as possible, we bundle orders together to secure the best rates from our suppliers, allowing us to pass those savings on to our customers.

Custom made orders (printed items), turnaround times can occasionally vary due to workloads best to call us to confirm ETA 0433239932 if in a rush.

Please also note - supplier lead times, public holidays and peak production periods may delay these times -  If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order and we will advise the best available timeframe.

2. Can I pick up my order the same day?
Yes, same-day pickup is possible — but please confirm stock availability with us before placing your order, as some items may take up to 7 business days to arrive from our suppliers.

3. Do you accept returns?
As a wholesale supplier, we do not offer returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering. Our prices are kept low and don’t include markup to cover returns. We will, however, refund or replace items that have a proven defect and cannot be replaced.

4. Do you offer printing on garments?
Yes, we offer DTF transfers, screen printing, and embroidery. These services are available at an additional cost. Please contact us with your requirements for a personalised quote.

AS colour items come with free initials on the inside of the garment - tag will be removed 

5. Do you offer dropshipping?
Yes, we do! Please contact our team to request a dropship info pack and get started.

6. Do you have an affiliate program?
No, we don’t offer an affiliate program — our prices are already extremely competitive. But by referring others to us, you’ll definitely be popular for helping them save big!

7. Where are you located?
We currently have one pickup location:
15 Sant Court, Ravenhall VIC

8. Do you stock other brands?
Yes, in addition to our core range, we also supply  Winning Spirit apparel. If you're looking for specific items, just send us the SKU numbers and we’ll send back pricing and availability.

9. Can you print inside tags with brand names?
Yes, we offer internal neck label printing for your brand. This service is $4 per item, and is printed on all AS Colour garments FREE.

9. Why are you registered as 2 business names under 1 ABNs?

We operate two divisions under the same ABN to serve different customer needs.

PrintGO sells finished, ready-to-wear printed/use products directly to the public.

Trade Blanks supplies blank and unprinted garments to trade and business customers, allowing them to print, customise, and resell products under their own brand.

Both divisions are operated by the same business, from the same premises, with the same ABN and contact details. This structure allows us to clearly separate retail customers from trade customers while remaining transparent and compliant.
