TRADE BLANKS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, making payment, approving artwork, or accepting delivery of goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products, services, quotations, invoices, orders, artwork approvals, and transactions with Trade Blanks.

2. Definitions

“Trade Blanks”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refers to Trade Blanks.

“Customer”, “you”, and “your” refers to any individual, business, organisation, reseller, trade account holder, or purchaser.

“Products” means any garment, apparel, accessory, promotional item, transfer, print, embroidery, signage, or other goods supplied by Trade Blanks.

3. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Quotations are subject to stock availability and supplier pricing at the time an order is confirmed.

Trade Blanks reserves the right to amend pricing where supplier costs, freight charges, taxes, duties, exchange rates, or production costs change.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars.

Prices may change without notice.

Trade Blanks reserves the right to correct pricing errors, calculation errors, website errors, typographical errors, supplier errors, and system errors.

Where a pricing error occurs, Trade Blanks may cancel the order and issue a full refund or provide the customer with the option to proceed at the correct price.

5. Product Information

Product images, colours, descriptions, dimensions, measurements, sizing guides, specifications, and marketing materials are provided as a guide only.

Manufacturers may alter products, fabrics, sizing, colours, specifications, packaging, labels, or manufacturing locations without notice.

Trade Blanks accepts no liability for supplier initiated product changes.

6. Colour Variations

Customers acknowledge that colours displayed on screens, phones, tablets, printed materials, proofs, and marketing content may differ from actual products.

Colour variations between production batches, suppliers, garment sizes, fabrics, manufacturing runs, and dye lots are considered normal industry variations.

Trade Blanks does not guarantee exact colour matching between:

• Previous orders and future orders

• Samples and production runs

• Digital images and physical products

• Different garment styles or brands

Reasonable colour variations do not constitute a defect.

7. Sizing and Measurements

Sizing charts are supplied by manufacturers and are intended as a guide only.

Manufacturing tolerances apply.

Variations in sizing, fit, garment shape, and measurements between production runs may occur.

Customers are responsible for selecting and confirming sizes before placing an order.

Trade Blanks accepts no responsibility for incorrect size selection by the customer.

8. Stock Availability

Stock shown online may not reflect live supplier inventory.

All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

Trade Blanks reserves the right to:

• Cancel orders

• Partially fulfil orders

• Substitute products of similar value

• Delay orders

• Issue refunds

No compensation shall be payable for supplier shortages, discontinued products, or stock delays.

9. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for verifying all order details before submission.

This includes:

• Product selection

• Colours

• Sizes

• Quantities

• Delivery details

• Contact information

• Artwork

• Print specifications

Once production, ordering, or processing has commenced, changes may not be possible.

10. Artwork Approval

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving artwork proofs.

Artwork approval confirms acceptance of:

• Design

• Spelling

• Grammar

• Colours

• Placement

• Sizing

• Contact details

• Quantities

Trade Blanks accepts no responsibility for errors contained within approved artwork.

11. Print, Artwork and Colour Variations

Trade Blanks uses industry standard production methods.

Customers acknowledge that variations may occur between digital artwork, screen displays, proofs, samples, and finished products.

Trade Blanks does not guarantee exact colour matching between:

• RGB and CMYK colours

• Pantone references

• Digital artwork and printed products

• Previous and future orders

• Different production runs

• Different garment colours

• Different print methods

Customers acknowledge that slight variations in colour, print density, ink coverage, texture, opacity, brightness, and appearance are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Print placement, sizing, alignment, and positioning may vary slightly during production.

Variations of up to 20mm in print placement shall be considered acceptable industry tolerance.

Mockups and proofs are visual representations only and may not exactly reflect the final product.

12. Customer Supplied Artwork

Trade Blanks is not responsible for issues arising from customer supplied files including:

• Low resolution images

• Incorrect dimensions

• Incorrect colours

• Missing fonts

• Corrupted files

• Transparency issues

• Compression artefacts

• Poor quality artwork

Customers warrant that they own or have permission to use all supplied artwork.

Customers agree to indemnify Trade Blanks against any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or legal claims arising from supplied artwork.

13. Production Timeframes

Any turnaround times provided are estimates only.

Production schedules may be affected by:

• Supplier delays

• Freight delays

• Public holidays

• Equipment breakdowns

• Staff shortages

• Weather events

• High order volumes

Trade Blanks does not guarantee completion dates unless expressly agreed in writing.

14. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only.

Trade Blanks is not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, customs, weather, industrial action, supplier delays, or events beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon collection or delivery.

Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.

15. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Incorrect colour selection

• Delayed delivery

• Customer ordering errors

• Variations within accepted industry tolerances

• Custom printed or decorated products

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

No return will be accepted without prior written approval.

Approved returns may incur restocking fees and freight charges.

16. Custom Products

Printed, embroidered, labelled, decorated, altered, washed, modified, or customised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.

Customers remain liable for all production, labour, materials, freight, and supplier costs incurred.

17. Defects and Claims

Any claim for defects, shortages, damage, or incorrect products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Claims submitted outside this period may be refused.

Trade Blanks reserves the right to inspect goods before determining any remedy.

Minor imperfections, loose threads, shade variations, print variations, packaging damage, manufacturing tolerances, and supplier variations shall not constitute defects.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Blanks shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits

• Loss of revenue

• Loss of business opportunity

• Loss of contracts

• Indirect loss

• Consequential loss

• Special damages

• Reputation damage

• Third party claims

Trade Blanks’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected goods or services.

19. Force Majeure

Trade Blanks shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control including:

• Natural disasters

• Floods

• Fires

• Pandemics

• Government restrictions

• Freight disruptions

• Utility failures

• Cyber incidents

• Supplier failures

• Labour shortages

• Industrial action

20. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, logos, branding, graphics, text, documents, and marketing materials remain the property of Trade Blanks unless otherwise stated.

No content may be reproduced without written consent.

21. Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid in accordance with agreed trading terms.

Trade Blanks reserves the right to suspend production, dispatch, or future orders where payment is overdue.

Any recovery costs, collection fees, legal expenses, or enforcement costs incurred in recovering unpaid debts shall be payable by the customer.

22. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Trade Blanks and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Trade Blanks reserves the right to dispute any chargeback considered invalid and recover associated costs.

23. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing within these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where permitted by law, remedies are limited to repair, replacement, resupply, or refund at Trade Blanks’ discretion.

24. Privacy

Trade Blanks may collect and store customer information necessary to process orders, provide services, communicate with customers, and comply with legal obligations.

Customer information will not be sold to third parties.

25. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

26. Amendments

Trade Blanks reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

The version published on the website at the time an order is placed shall apply to that transaction.
